In compliance with Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption, DMD Asesores provides its employees, collaborators, clients and third parties with this secure and confidential channel to report possible violations.
This channel guarantees the anonymity of the reporter and protection against retaliation, in accordance with current regulations. All communications received will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and diligence.

Your identity will be protected at all times. You can report completely anonymously.
Whistleblower protection
The law prohibits any form of retaliation against persons who report violations in good faith.
Diligent handling
All reports are analysed by a designated officer and a response within the legally established timeframes is guaranteed.
